What do you mean by prescreened applicants?

You define what quality means to you. Workers with experience? Who live close to the work area? With specific certifications? you define your criteria. We combine declared information such as their responses to your questions, with observed information such as geo-ip location, ability to follow instructions on a timely manner, language comprehension or even analyzing voice tone, pitch and inflection that will make them great with your customers!

Do different plans have different features?

Yes.  SpectraScreen w/Voice included automated phone interviews applicants complete.  You receive a copy of the recorded interview in our employer panel.

Can I create my own pre screening questions?

You can create your own pre-screening questions; the same questions your recruiters and hiring managers have been using successfully to hire great workers. You can also define maximum distance from job candidate to the job location and you can even ask our advanced matching platform to select only the candidates that have a tone of voice perfect for interacting with your customers. The system will take care of prescreening candidates on your behalf via our mobile application that includes automated phone interviews.

Can I keep using my current ATS?

How many applicants will I get?

The number of applicants you receive depends on many variables including local labor pool, hiring criteria and the current job market.  Most job orders average between 15-25 qualified applicants.
